First pictures of 'vicious machete attack' pair now behind bars for roles in violence in a Walsall town leaving victims severely disabled
These are the faces of the latest men to be given extended jail sentences for a vicious machete attack that left the victims severely disabled.
Danyel Nadeem, aged 22 and of Bright Street; and Waqas Hussain, aged 26, and of Wells Avenue, both in Darlaston, were jailed for 13 years and six months extended to 17 years and six months for helping the attackers, who ambushed and rammed a car being driven by Inderjit Singh Dulay at the junction of Victoria Road and Richards Street on November 21, 2023.
West MIdlands Police has released images of the pair, who were sentenced at Wolverhampton Crown Court on November 14 for wounding Mr Dulay, who was struck repeatedly on the head with a hammer and struck with machetes during the incident at about 8.10pm, leaving him unable to talk, walk and suffering fits.
