A Staffordshire man has denied repeatedly raping a woman, shooting her with an air rifle and smashing a glass over her head.
Ashley Conway, 38, of Whittington, appeared at Stafford Crown Court on Monday (November 17) charged with eight offences allegedly committed in 2016 and 2017 in Norton Canes and Yorkshire.
Conway pleaded not guilty to two counts of raping a woman in Norton Canes in 2016, raping a woman in November 2017 and attempting to rape a woman in December 2016 in York.
