Thousands of people flocked to Hednesford park to soak up the sunshine and enjoy the entertainment on Saturday for the town's annual summer festival

The annual Hednesford Summer Festival took place, with families enjoying a fun filled day out with a wide variety of stalls, performances and live music.

Organised partly by community group Hednesford in Partnership, the event has become a popular yearly attraction.

One of the most popular events was the Scrufts Dog Show which featured four legged friends of all shapes and sizes competing in various categories, and the classic car show featuring vintage vehicles from years gone by.
