Anthony Hall will appear at the adult-themed Ladies Night at The Harrowby Arms, Fordhouses on Friday, September 29,

Among the acts on the night will be a number of exotic dancers including Zac Latham, who has appeared with The Dreamboys and toured all over the UK and Europe.

Landlady Emma Louise started doing the ladies nights early in the year to try and bring people into the pub which at the time wasn't running entertainment.

It proved a massive hit and the events are set to become a regular feature of the pub. An adults only hamper will be raffled off during the night with all lproceeds going to the West Park Stroke Cycling Group.

The stroke group is a cause close to Anthony's heart. In 2019 he gave up his job in the circus to return home and become a carer for his dad who had suffered a stroke and he has raised money for the charity ever since.

Anthony said he wanted the night to be inclusive and fun for everyone.

He said: "Emma has done well since starting the nights which have proved a hit in what is a great venue for entertainment.

"They are not just for women, gents are welcome and it is LGBTQ+ friendly.

"It does have an adult theme and is billed as 18 plus but it will be good clean fun and the variety of acts performing will hopefully be matched by the mix of people in the audience.

"I am looking forward to performing again because it is in my blood and with the hamper we are hoping to raise plenty of money for the West Park group which is a very worthy cause and one close to my heart."

Tickets at £10 are selling fast and can be obtained from Marsh Lane Plant Sale or the Harrowby Arms, with more information available from the pub on 01902 238555.
