Sucha Mela 2025: The Black Country’s Panjabi Arts Festival returns to Willenhall Memorial Park
Sucha Mela, powered by Genesis Media, returns for another incredible year on Sunday, 6 July transforming Willenhall Memorial Park into a vibrant celebration of Panjabi culture, music, and community spirit. With a stellar line-up of international artists, family-friendly entertainment, and cultural showcases, Sucha Mela 2025 promises to be the biggest and boldest edition yet – and it’s completely free to attend.
This year’s artist line-up features living legends, chart-toppers, and fan favourites, delivering a day of unforgettable performances:
Sarbjit Cheema – The iconic voice of Panjabi music returns to thrill fans with his timeless hits.
Harjit Harman – Known for his soul-soaked vocals and folk finesse, Harman brings his signature style to the Mela stage.
Harf Cheema – One of Panjab’s most powerful modern lyricists, delivering energy, fire, and meaning with every track.
Ishmeet Narula – A standout vocalist blending tradition with modern flair, ready to mesmerize the crowd.
Juggy D – The UK’s bhangra-R&B trailblazer brings unmatched energy and charisma to the home stage.
Achanak – A true British bhangra institution, Achanak return to ignite nostalgia and dancefloors alike.
Many more artists including traditional giddha from Kikli Dance Academy, Bhangra fusion drumming by the Bhangra Smash Up, Circus Acts and music from resident DJ AS Kular.
Performances will be backed by the powerhouse Live Experience Band, led by the legendary Tubsy Dholki Walla, ensuring every beat and rhythm hits hard and true.
Keeping the energy high and the crowd buzzing are two dynamic hosts: Radio DJ and entertainer Harpz Kaur and festival co-organiser radio DJ Manpreet Darroch. Both promising to light up the stage with passion and dynamism.
