Stafford Music & Food Festival returns next month, with a twist...

Stafford’s fab monthly Music & Food Festival returns on Friday, 4 July, taking over Market Square and Stafford Town Centre from 3.30pm to 8pm. This free-entry event celebrates live music, dance, street food and great local energy – with an extra twist this month… it's USA-themed fancy dress!

Hosted by Stu Haycock from Vibe 1 Radio, the July line-up includes:

  • Sad Vacation – kicking off the stage with a great set

  • Dance Nuvo & Dappa Dance – two brilliant local dance troupes

  • Serenity Singers Choir – adding harmony and joy

  • Arya Ajay Group – classical Indian dance showcase

  • 20 Mile Island – headlining with their fantastic live performance

A wide range of street food vendors and mobile bars will be serving throughout the day.

Late-night shopping available from many town centre businesses.

Pubs supporting the event and allowing street food inside (with drink purchase): Ye Olde Rose and Crown, The Doghouse, The Bear, The Lamb, The Coach & Horses, The Grapes, The Market Vaults, The Shrewsbury Arms, and The Pickled Pig.

For families, late hours are available at The Empourium, The Lamb, Vine Hotel and Pub, and The Market Vaults.

Dress to impress! Wear red, white and blue or your favourite USA-themed cosplay outfit – think Elvis, cowboys, cheerleaders or movie icons – for a chance to win a prize! 

Please note: Supermarket-bought drinks are not allowed.

Road closures will be in place during the event and vehicle movement is prohibited while live. A £1,000 fine could be enforced.
