Tony Pulis and Chris Brunt named as Euro 2016 pundits

West Brom boss Tony Pulis has been named by ITV in their list of pundits for the 2016 European Championships.

He will join main presenter Mark Pougatch for the station's live coverage of matches as his home nation of Wales feature in their first major tournament since 1958.

ITV are showing Chris Coleman's team in their match against Russia on Monday June 20, but the other two Wales group stage games are on BBC.

Baggies defender James Chester was announced in the Wales squad today.

Pulis is part of a team including Slaven Bilic, Lothar Matthaus, Glenn Hoddle, Ian Wright, Lee Dixon, Peter Crouch, Emmanuel Petit, Christian Karembeu, Louis Saha, Norman Whiteside, Eniola Aluka and Richard Dunne.

Long-serving Albion player Chris Brunt will be on the BBC's punditry team for the tournament.

The Northern Irishman was supposed to be playing in Euro 2016 alongside Baggies team-mates Jonny Evans and Gareth McAuley but he was ruled out in February with long-term knee injury.

The BBC are showing Northern Ireland's fixtures against Poland on Sunday June 12, and Germany on Tuesday June 21.

Brunt joins Martin Keown, Jermaine Jenas, Danny Murphy, Robbie Savage, John Hartson, Dean Saunders, Vincent Kompany, Neil Lennon, Gerry Armstrong, Mark Lawrenson, Kevin Kilbane and Jens Lehmann.
