This skier’s incredible parkour sequence will put your gym sessions to shame

Do not try this at home.

Fans of Total Wipeout and Ninja Warrior UK should prepare to feast their eyes on this impressive parkour sequence.

Andri Ragettli, an award-winning freestyle skier from Switzerland, has been finding innovative ways to train for the 2018 Winter Olympics in PyeongChang, South Korea.

And the results are really quite mesmerising.

The stunt sees the 19-year-old deftly scale climbing walls, tiptoe across a tightrope and swing from gymnastic rings, all while displaying near-superhuman balancing skills.

Using much of the equipment many will recognise from their secondary school gym, Ragettli finishes the obstacle course in 45 seconds.

His video is a sequel to his first parkour run, posted a year ago.
