Hednesford Town have parted ways with manager Frank Sinclair and his assistant Chris Millington this evening.
A statement on the club's website says the decision was 'by mutual consent'.
Sinclair resigned from the club at the start of March before making a dramatic return to the club two days later.
Pitmen chairman Steve Price said at the time that he shouldn't have accepted his resignation.
Hednesford are currently second-bottom of National League North with one win in their last 15 games.
They will be relegated tomorrow if their result at newly-crowned champions Solihull Moors is bettered by either Brackley Town or Lowestoft Town.
