Bill Bradley and Steve Barton bag the silverware
Bill Bradley and Steve Barton scooped the season’s first piece silverware in the Stafford 55 Bowling League.
The Non Winners Competition was open to bowlers who have never tasted success and saw Bradley and Barton come out on top.
They overcame Bill Bradshaw and Tony Greenhalgh by 21-6 to claim the spoils, which were presented by league chairman Nev Ward.

2019 season was held at Alstom
Bowling club on a wet and perishing Thursday and a drier and milder
Friday. This competition is the Non Winners in which bowlers
who have never won a competition are eligible to enter.
In the final, with a pairing from Alstom and Burton Manor versus another from Alstom and Burton Manor, congratulations to Bill Bradley and
Steve Barton who beat Bill Bradshaw and Tony Greenhalgh by 21-6.
