The 22-year-old striker is on loan at the Florence-based outfit and due to move there permanently in the summer of 2021.

He was one of three players who had contracted the virus at Fiorentina, but all of them have now recovered.

"ACF Fiorentina is delighted to announce that tests have revealed that Patrick Cutrone, German Pezzella and Dusan Vlahovic are no longer positive for Covid-19," said the Serie A side.

"We would like to take this opportunity to thank the doctors, nurses and hospitals that are continuing to care for all those who require medical attention at this difficult time for Italy and indeed the whole world."

Cutrone moved to Fiorentina in the January transfer window on an initial 18-month loan deal, after just six months at Molineux.

The former AC Milan man made just 12 Premier League appearances, scoring twice, and will sign for La Viola for £15.3million once his loan ends.

Cutrone's recovery from the virus comes after Wolves forward Leonardo Campana announced he was feeling 'very well' a couple of weeks after testing positive for Covid-19.

The 19-year-old is also donating money for food and medical supplies in Ecuador.
