Rui Patricio

Made a few routine saves as he conceded three goals at the RCDE Stadium. 6

Willy Boly

Not as much of a presence as usual on what was not the best night defensively for Wolves. 6

Conor Coady

Had a decent first half but will also be disappointed with the nature of Espanyol's goals. 6

Max Kilman

Tripped David Lopez in the box, giving away a penalty which Calleri coolly dispatched on his way to a hat-trick. Quick thinking with a throw-in to Podence in the build-up to Doherty's goal, but Kilman got caught out of position a fair few times. 5

Matt Doherty

Got on the scoresheet and should have had an assist as he teed up Gibbs-White after a marauding run down the right. Looking full of energy again. Had a good game. 7

Leander Dendoncker

Covered plenty of ground in the middle of the park but struggled to make his mark on the ball. 6

Joao Moutinho

Recycled the ball efficiently but did not make much of an impact. 6

Morgan Gibbs-White

It was a big opportunity for Gibbs-White to impress, but he did not take it. Continuously gave the ball away, making wayward passes and needless flicks. Missed a great chance as well before being taken off. Needs to do a lot more. 4

Ruben Vinagre

Full of energy before he went off on the hour, so should have plenty left in the tank for Tottenham on Sunday. 7

Adama Traore

Got a goal in his home city and linked up well with Podence on a few occasions, playing in a more central role. 7

Daniel Podence

His first start for Wolves, and he ended it with two assists to his name. Not everything came off for him, but his eye for a pass was impressive. 7

Subs

Romain Saiss (for Vinagre, 58)

Came on at centre-half as Kilman moved to left-wing back and did OK. 6

Pedro Neto (for Gibbs-White, 63)

Missed a sitter after rounding the keeper but looked lively. 6

Bruno Jordao (for Traore, 78)

Barely touched the ball. N/A
