Wolves book flying off the shelves

Our new Wolves book Back Where We Belong – Story of the Season 18/19 has been flying off the shelves with almost a fifth of all copies already sold.

Published

The book – which was officially released on Monday – is a game-by-game analysis of Wolves’ hugely successful return to the Premier League.

Nuno Espirito Santo’s team finished seventh to qualify for Europe for the first time in almost 40 years, while there was also a memorable run to the FA Cup semi-finals.

It features an in-depth interview with Wolves executive chairman Jeff Shi, a foreword by Conor Coady and devotes at least two pages to every match from last season with reports, analysis, ratings, fan verdicts, stats, quotes and pictures.

Back Where We Belong is on sale at stores throughout the city including the Wolves megastore and Waterstones in Victoria Street.

The 152-page book features analysis from every match of 2018/19

Megastore manager Andy Key said: “Back Where We Belong is already proving to be a popular seller in our megastore.

“The book charts a fantastic season for Wolves and is a quality product.”

Wolves are also selling the book via their official website shop.

Richard Millward, branch manager at Waterstones in Wolverhampton, added: “We’re delighted to be stocking Back Where We Belong, which we’re sure will be a very big seller in Waterstones Wolverhampton this year. “Last season’s book flew off the shelves and was one of the store’s top-selling items over Christmas.

“It’s a great read and ideal for Wolves fans who want to reminisce over what was another remarkable season for the club.”

It has been produced by writer Tim Spiers and designer Simon Hill

Last season’s book, On Our Way Back – Story of the Season 17/18, was a complete sell-out.
