Sin Cara 'Mania' as Wolves fans welcome WWE superstar to Molineux

Wolves fans donned special Sin Cara masks to welcome the WWE superstar to Molineux yesterday.

The Smackdown high-flier was given a standing ovation by more than 30,000 fans after accepting an invitation from managing director Laurie Dalrymple.

Sin Cara addressed the crowd before taking his seat in the directors box to watch the 1-0 win.

The Mexican wrestler has struck up a strong friendship with fellow countryman Raul Jimenez after gifting the striker a special Wolves mask that he traditionally wears in the ring.

Jimenez famously donned the mask when scoring the opening goal in Wolves' 3-2 extra-time defeat in the FA Cup semi-final.

He flew back home yesterday with a whole army of new fans with many already looking forward to his next visit
