Bully: I was gutted after Arsenal draw

I was absolutely devastated we didn't beat Arsenal – but what a superb performance the lads put in.

Arsenal had loads of possession but caused us no trouble at all for long spells. I thought Nuno Espirito got his game-plan completely spot on.

For once we got an early goal and took a lead into the break for the first time this season.

Ivan Cavaleiro scored again, he's a talented young guy who knows where the net is and could play an important role in the coming months. He seems to have a nice habit of being in the right place at the right time.

We could have made it 2-0 a few times over and that was the really frustrating thing. The chances that we're creating, you've just got to put them away.

There was 86 minutes of concentration and then that one lapse costs us. To be fair it was a cracking cross, Rui Patricio didn't know what to do with it and it's just one of those.

Then we could even have won it after that – how about that shot from Morgan Gibbs-White? He's come on in bundles recently.

Overall to get another draw against one of the big boys is really impressive and we should take a lot of heart from the performance.

On the break we're absolutely frightening with the pace we have and Helder Costa epitomises that – he's got all the attributes you need and his work rate is unbelievable too.

We've been saying it for weeks but it's just that killer touch that he and the others are lacking.

It's the same with Adama Traore, who by the way is I think the quickest player I've ever seen.

I thought Steve Froggatt and Tony Daley were quick...Traore is scary to be honest. With that pace he's a good option up front off the bench too.

I think Nuno's got it right at the moment with Costa and Cavaleiro starting and then Traore and Diogo Jota on the bench.

It's a nice headache to have but what I would say is that it's nice the ones being left out are not spitting their dummies out.

Away from Wolves, Wayne Rooney is due to play for England tonight and earn his 120th cap.

It's been a bit of a controversial move from the FA. To be honest I get it, and then I don't get it.

He's been a wonderful player for England and he deserves to be honoured and respected.

In theory it's harmless – as long as it doesn't impact on Gareth Southgate's plans for the team, or on what he gets out of the game.

Ten or 15 minutes off the bench at the end of a friendly is fine for me.
