Steve Bull: We can get a result from Old Trafford

My word, how well did we play against Burnley?

That was a tremendous result for us at Molineux – and it was topped off by being our first Premier League win at home for seven years.

I expected the game to be another Leicester City, where we have all the possession and all the chances – and then they would go and score.

But no, Raul Jimenez scored a great goal. I just wish there would have been more goals.

The result was especially encouraging because Burnley are a tough side to break down and we made them look ordinary.

We looked very good, but have got to kill teams off or we are going to get punished – especially when we come up against teams like Manchester United this weekend.

We will go there with confidence though after this result and winning two games on the bounce.

We have to got to treat the game the same as Burnley – don’t be scared by the occasion, take the game Manchester United, who are there to be beaten.

If we play like we did against Burnley, then we should come away with something – but it will be tough.

After a slow start to the season, Jose Mourinho is starting to put a team together now.

This will be one of the biggest challenges our defenders will get.

United have got two of the best strikers in the league in Romelu Lukaku and Marcus Rashford. If we can keep them quiet, it will give us a pretty good chance.

So can we get a result at United? Definitely. All these big teams play football.

We proved we can play against Manchester City, so let’s prove it against Manchester United.

Mourinho used to manage Nuno at Porto when he was a goalkeeper so it will be good for the pair to catch up again.

I think they will have a cup of tea in the manager’s office before the game – but on the pitch it will get back to business.

Hopefully, when he gets back on the bus we have got three points and Mourinho will be licking his wounds.
