Wolves in Switzerland: Nathan Judah and Tim Spiers' Day six diary

Tossed and turned last night in bed, not sure if it was the salmon omelette or nerves before the Uhrencup final.

Yes, Wolves could win their first silverware of the season if they defeat Young Boys in Bern.

Should the two sides be level at full-time, we shall have a penalty shoot-out.

In a sadistic kind of a way, I quite fancy watching Wolves take penalties - who would your five choices be?

But before all that it was back to Wolves training for a session full of fun and laughter.

The majority of the 90 minutes was spent with three teams competing in a series of challenges with a short game to finish.

The bonding within the squad is there for all to see - everyone has a smile on their face.

There is no segregation and the senior boys have fully integrated the youngsters to make them feel part of the set-up.

There are no nerves here, Nuno has created an environment that allows the players to express themselves.

It was good to see Express and Star's very own Johnny Phillips at the training base this morning.

Johnny (ac regular columnist on Saturday's E&S) is out here with Sky Sports to get plenty of material before the Premier League season ahead.

I worked with Johnny a few years ago at Soccer Saturday and he is a top man. Very professional at all times - even when he's on camera and Wolves score!

Nuno's men are going to get a lot more press attention this time around - that is what the the top division brings to the table.

But there is a good mix here and with the recent additions in the Wolves media team, this club is in excellent hands moving forward.

The video location today was probably one of my favourites of all time.

After walking a few minutes past the jazz festival in Montreux, we stumbled along a view that we just had to stop and get the camera out.

Soon after we were straight back home to write up the material from today and try and get a few hours off this evening.

Believe it or not, we've had two hours downtime since we arrived here last Sunday.

Hopefully we'll get the chance to go into Bulle tonight and have a few beverages before the final game on tour.

It's probably best to write this diary before that happens, rather than afterwards!

We're baaaaack and we had a cracking night.

Took in the Jazz festival (again) in Montreux and had a few beverages.

Need sleeeeeeep!
