Wolves host Jaap Stam's Reading at Molineux tomorrow looking to edge closer to promotion with three points.

They've earned just two points from their past two matches and lost 2-0 at Fulham last weekend.

But Moroccan midfielder Saiss isn't worried by the poor run.

"This week it's an important game for us," he said. "Even the next week, because we play Saturday-Wednesday-Saturday so it's an important week.

"We have to bounce back because our last win was three games ago.

"We have to show another mentality and the other football that we did in the first half of the season.

"I'm confident in the team. We've worked well this week and I hope we win on Saturday.

"(The recent run) doesn't worry me. Every team has a hard period. Our period is now so the most important thing is to bounce back and to win quickly to close this hard period, to be ready for the last run.

"We work very well from the beginning of the season and the most important part of the season is now, the last 12 games.

"We have to stay strong and focused in our objective and keep the mentality of winning every game.

"We can change this hard moment into a good moment."

It's been an important week on the training pitch after that Fulham loss – but Wolves' preparations haven't been ideal due to the difficult weather conditions.

Saiss said the players have had to adapt.

"Yes it's very, very hard because with the snow, the cold, plus the wind it's very difficult for us to train," he said.

"But we have to take this weather with us because I think for Saturday it will be the same.

"We have to try to play in these conditions even if it's hard. But I think it's same over England so we have to adapt our work.

"I remember last season it was not like that. So we have to adapt our body in these conditions.

"We trained well this week even if it's hard. We have to do with this weather, we have no choice. But I hope in a couple of weeks the sun comes back!"
