Jonny Drury caught up with West Brom fans after they watched their side pick up a last minute winner against Blackpool.
Albion went into the game with little to play for - and went ahead just before the break when Adam Reach crossed for Andy Carroll to turn the ball home.
Marvin Ekpiteta then levelled for the Seasiders in the second period - with the game finishing in an end to end fashion.
But it was Albion who dealt the final blow as a corner found Carroll and he turned the ball back across goal for Grant to fire home.
