Steve Bruce’s side head to The Hawthorns on Tuesday, March 3, with the winner of the tie securing a place in the quarter finals of the world’s oldest knockout competition.

For the first time in FA Cup history, fifth-round matches are being played midweek.

There will also be no replays with any ties that are level after 90 minutes progressing to extra time and penalties if necessary.

But despite Albion’s clash with Newcastle kicking off at 8pm the visitors will be roared on by a huge away following.

The Premier League side were initially given an allocation of 4,000 tickets for the game.

They then received an extra 900 before reaching general sale. And yesterday Albion granted them a further 150 tickets which were expected to be sold before the weekend.

It means Newcastle will bring a total of 5,050 fans to the game.

For Albion, meanwhile, tickets remain on sale for season ticket holders and went on sale to members yesterday.

They will go on general sale on Monday priced at £15 for adults and £5 for under-18s. Those figures increase on the night to £20 for adults and £10 for under-18s.
