The Baggies have launched their home kit for 2018/19, the first to be made by Puma after eight years with Adidas.

And together with Puma, the club has recreated one of their most famous kits from the late 1970s.

As well as the wide stripes and collar, the iconic ‘WBA’ italic lettering which was the crest during that period features on the back of the socks.

Albion launched the kit with the hashtag #AlbionFamily, and released images of Chris Brunt, Sam Field, Jonathan Leko, and Kane Wilson posing in the strip together with Baggies fans.

The shirt will be available in ladies sizes for the first time in eight seasons, and fans can also buy white or blue shorts and socks.

Adult shirts are priced at £50 with Junior shirts and Infant kits also retailing for £40.

The 2018/19 home kit will go on sale in club shops and online from 9am on Friday, July 6 but can be pre-ordered now.

Season ticket holders can get five per cent off.
