West Brom release NBC's 'Behind the Badge' documentary to fans
Curious Albion fans can now watch all four ‘Behind the Badge’ episodes shot by American broadcasting company NBC last season.
The Baggies have released the series, which was previously only available in the USA, alongside the launch of their new website this morning.
Supporters can access the episodes by creating a free WBA TV account on the website which will also provide match highlights next season.
Earlier this year, NBC spent several weeks following the club’s every move, filming what happened both at the training ground and on the road for their exclusive fly-on-the-wall series.
Narrated by Gary Lineker, episode one begins with head coach Tony Pulis arriving at the training ground at 6am, Monday.
“I usually sit here so I can see what time everyone comes in,” he says with a smile, while pedalling a stationary bike. “It’s the toughest league in the world, if you try and cut corners you’ll get fount out.
"When I first came in there were lots of people doing their own things, and now everybody's pointing at that star in the sky and trying to get there.
“I’m not into philosophies, I think it’s a load of nonsense, I think it’s for book-keepers. I’m into winning. If you don't win matches, you don't last long.”
The series picks the team up in February, after an international break, and follows the preparation ahead of the 2-1 home victory over Bournemouth.
It takes in the back-to-back defeats against Crystal Palace and Everton before concluding with the 3-1 victory over Arsenal at The Hawthorns.
