The right-back rejoined the Glassboys last summer, having previously joined them in 2015 from Halesowen Town.

As the club await news on when the 2020/21 season will start, they have decided to take up the option to extend Green’s contract, keeping him at the War Memorial Athletic Ground for another 12 months.

“Looking forward to playing another season in red and white,” Green said on Twitter.

The 29-year-old spent a year-and-a-half with Stourbridge in his previous spell, before moving on to Solihull Moors and eventually Tamworth.

After leaving Tamworth in July last year, he moved back to Stourbridge and helped the club to sixth place in the Southern Premier Central before football was suspended due to the coronavirus.
