Two second-half headed goals were enough for AFC Mansfield to overturn a half time deficit to run out 2-1 winners in the FA Cup 2nd qualifying round replay at Dales Lane tonight.

Rushall got off to a fantastic start courtesy of an Andre Landell effort from 15 yards out in the first minute.

The visitors went close shortly after with a cheeky overhead, clipped effort from Craig Mitchell but his attempt drifted just over the bar.

The Pics dominated most of the half after that without Bulls keeper Jason White having to make a meaningful save.

Mansfield did grow into the game more as the half went on, with Jono Brown brilliantly keeping out a point-blank goal bound header from a corner.

Mansfield came out for the second half with much more energy, and their hard work paid off in the 54th minute when Matty Plummer equalised with a header from a corner from the right hand side.

The visitors completed the comeback two minutes later with another headed goal from a corner.

This time the returning Ollie Fearon was on hand to nod past the helpless Brown.

Rushall piled on the pressure for the remainder of the game, but were unable to force an equaliser that would have taken it into extra time.

A frantic final few minutes culminated in an Andre Landell free kick 25 yards out, but his effort went agonisingly past the post to ensure AFC Mansfield were the team to advance to the next round.
