Harriers’ Rod joins the Yeltz

Halesowen Town have appointed former Kidderminster Harriers chief Rod Brown as vice-chairman as they continue to build the backroom team at The Grove.

Brown joins from Harriers, where he is a previous chairman and most recently vice-chairman.

In a statement, the Yeltz said: “Rod is an experienced in the commercial elements of running a football club coupled with a wealth of knowledge in football itself both playing and managing clubs in our local area.”

Brown added: “Having Having met Karen Brookes and Keith McKenna, the enthusiasm and passion they possess for the club made it a very exciting project.”
