Grantham made the running from the start, Daniel Platt being equal to Jordan Hempenstall's early shot and then tipping one over the bar.

Luke Shearer had Halesowen's best chance in the first half hour, shooting over on 29 minutes.

But he made no mistake seven minutes later, when Dominic Smith got on the end of a Jack Kelly corner only to see his shot parried to Shearer who made no mistake.

Three minutes later though it was level, when Andrew Wright was allowed far to much room in the box from a corner and put the ball past Platt.

Halesowen's Cameron Steele had the best chance of the rest of the half when he flashed a shot with the outside of his foot just wide.

Grantham hit the bar on 75 minutes as play ebbed and flowed, but a substitution on 77 minutes for Yeltz proved crucial as Roland Agbor replaced Shearer.

He first saw a shot well saved, before he set up Daniel Udoh for what proved to be the winner on 80.

Udoh had a great chance to make it three on 86 minutes but his shot was well saved.
