The 28-year-old has penned a two-year-deal at Aggborough Stadium to become boss Neil MacFarlane’s first new recruit.

He netted 25 goals in all competitions last season and left Nuneaton Town earlier this summer.

Chambers said: “I think the gaffer is excited that I have got a bit of experience on my side and he is pleased that he can get someone in that can hopefully score goals but also can help out in the dressing room and training field

“I will never get tired of scoring goals so my strive will always be to score goals.

“The way Kidderminster play quick, attacking football, there should be many, many more chances for me to score goals.

“So I would be disappointed if I didn’t score a lot goals so I am really looking forward to it and looking forward to putting in some hard week in pre-season and shaping up the season nicely.”

Chambers brings plenty of experience with him.

He came through ranks at Leicester City and has played in the Football League. While on loan at York City in 2012 he scored in the play-off final at Wembley Stadium.
