ICYMI: 2m watch Black Country Rangers score stunning team goal in viral video hit
A non-league side have caught the eyes of the world after their Barcelona-esque goal went viral.
More than 2.5 million people have now watched Black Country Rangers’ strike after it was featured by the Express & Star, Soccer AM, ESPN and 433 on Instagram.
Kieron Clarke provided the finishing touch to a length-of-the-field multi-pass move in their West Midlands League Premier Division match against Malvern Town at The Grove earlier this month.
Rangers are currently second in the West Midlands Premier.
Rangers bagged a 2-2 draw with Malvern.
The 80th minute equaliser has received widespread national acclaim with Sky Sports' Soccer AM describing it as, 'a lesson in how to play non-league football.'
Black Country Rangers boss Wayne Spicer said: "“It’s not too bad is it? I think it was 17 passes in the end.
"The philosophy is for us to play free-flowing football. We’ve got players like Kieron that have really taken to it.
"We’re a confident group. We want to get promotion – if not this season, then the season after.”
