Wolves

Wolves have reportedly opened talks with bitter rivals West Brom regarding striker Salomon Rondon.

The Venezuelan forward has impressed in the Premier League this season with Newcastle, and following Albion's failure to secure promotion will be available for £16.5m thanks to a release clause in his contract.

Nuno's side are thought to be in need of another striker to compete with Raul Jimenez over the course of next season.

Meanwhile, Wolves are also keen on young Reading striker Danny Loader - according to reports.

The 18-year-old is being tipped for a bright future in football having worked his way into the first-team plans with the Royals this season.

A number of top flight clubs are thought to be keen on a move for the starlet.

West Brom

Reports in the north-east claim that Albion are not keen on bringing winger Jacob Murphy into the club on a permanent basis.

The 24-year-old signed up at The Hawthorns on loan during January, but has failed to hold down a starting spot at the club.

There is reportedly no option to buy Murphy in the loan deal between Albion and Newcastle, although it's thought that the Magpies could move the forward on over the summer.

Meanwhile, Salomon Rondon's hopes of staying at Newcastle reportedly rest on whether Rafa Benitez stays in charge at St James' Park.

Rondon is reportedly keen to stay in the north-east, but a decision on him being signed permanently will be decided following talks with the Newcastle big-wigs following the end of the season.

A swap deal could be made between the club in an attempt to bring Dwight Gayle in permanently, although the striker is supposedly taking some time to consider his options after Albion's play-off exit.

Aston Villa

Tammy Abraham is reportedly set to stay at Chelsea next season, with their transfer ban still up in the air.

The striker has netted 26 times for Villa this season, but is reportedly of interest to the Blues for next season - and could play a key role if they are unable to sign any players this summer.

The Court of Arbitration for Sport are still deciding whether to freeze FIFA's two window embargo, with Chelsea having brought forward an appeal.

Meanwhile, the bookies are listing Villa at 25/1 to sign in-demand Swansea winger Daniel James this summer.

The 21-year-old is set to depart Swansea following the conclusion of the season, with Manchester United leading the race for his signature with the bookmakers at 7/4.

Brighton, Bournemouth, Leeds, Liverpool, Man City and Spurs are all ahead of Dean Smith's side in the running.
