We're not saying that they're true, just that they're out there.

Wolves

Norwich City forward Nelson Oliveira has stated that he's happy at his current club, following links with a move to Wolves.

Despite their strong start to the season, Nuno Espirito Santo is thought to be eyeing a striker, and Oliveira has moved to play down any talk of a move to Molineux.

"I do not know about Wolverhampton’s possible interest, I admire Nuno Espirito Santo as coach and I even have friends at Wolves, but I’m happy at Norwich." He said, speaking to Portuguese paper Record.

Meanwhile former Wolves loanee Sheyi Ojo is reportedly on the verge of joining Championship rivals Fulham.

The Liverpool youngster failed to light up Molineux during his spell in the Black Country, and was previously linked with a move to Aston Villa this summer.

However, he now seems set for a move to Craven Cottage after being hunted by several clubs in the second tier.

West Brom

Manchester City have overtaken West Brom as the bookies' favourites to sign Ben Gibson this summer.

The Middlesbrough defender is now 3/1 to join Pep Guardiola's side, ahead of West Brom and Southampton.

Boro are keen to hold on to the 24-year-old despite dropping into the Championship this season, although Premier League interest and the right price could tempt them to cash in.

Meanwhile, Tony Pulis is hoping to bring in £25m for Nacer Chadli, should the Belgian move on during the transfer window.

The 28-year-old was a noticeable absentee from Albion's opening day clash with Bournemouth, and Swansea reportedly see him as a replacement for the outgoing Gylfi Sigurdsson.

However, having signed Chadli for a club-record fee las summer, West Brom will demand a high price for the attacking midfielder.

Aston Villa

Steve Bruce has been linked with an audacious move for Arsenal midfielder Jack Wilshere.

The England international spent a large portion of last season on-loan at Bournemouth, but injury once again curtailed his progress.

Arsene Wenger has stated that he plans for the 25-year-old to stay at The Emirates this season, despite numerous links with a move away.

Meanwhile, Leeds United could turn to Ross McCormack if Chris Wood departs Elland Road this summer.

The Scottish striker has failed to hit the mark at Villa since joining under Roberto Di Matteo, and was loaned out in January under Steve Bruce.

Villa are keen for a permanent deal for the frontman, with Sunderland previously linked with a move.

Walsall

Matty Fryatt could be set for a sensational return to Walsall as he steps up his training program with the club.

The ex-Saddler scored 30 times for Walsall during his three-year spell at the club between 2003 and 2006, but has struggled with injury.

However, Jon Whitney could offer him a chance to revive his career at the Banks's as he seeks to secure a new striker for the League One season.
