We're not saying they're true, just that they're out there.

Wolves

Reports in Germany have suggested that Wolves are front-runners to sign Ghanaian defender Phil Ofosu-Ayeh on a free from Eintracht Braunschweig.

The 25-year-old is capable of playing at right-back or centre-back, and is due to leave the German club at the end of his contract.

It's thought that Union Berlin are also interested in the tough tackling defender, although a move to England seems more likely.

West Brom

Albion are one of the bookies favourites to move for Wolves winger, Helder Costa this summer.

The 23-year-old had been a shining light for the Black Country club on-loan, before Paul Lambert signed him permanently in January for a club record £13m.

However, with Paul Lambert's future questionable, Costa may move on this summer - with Albion named alongside Monaco, Southampton and Chelsea as favourites for his signature.

Aston Villa

Steve Bruce is reportedly mulling the idea of trying to prise Bright Osayi-Samuel away from Blackpool this summer.

The 19-year-old is capable on either wing, but prefers the right side - and would offer competition for Albert Adomah over the course of next season.

Managing five goals and three assists for Blackpool, who secured promotion to League One in the play-offs, Bruce could be tempted to make a move should the price be right.

Walsall

Walsall may utilise local non-league clubs to help offer his younger players some experience - with the likes of Jordan Sangha and Milan Butterfield likely to be some of those who benefit.

Whitney revealed this month that the club is working to build closer links with the region's non-league clubs to help accelerate the development of his young players.

It means that the young Saddlers starlets could turn out for the likes of Kidderminster Harriers or Solihull Moors next season.
