Diomansy Kamara may have only spent two years at West Brom - but he is still remembered by the Baggies faithful.

The forward is most famous among the Albion fans for his winner in the 3-2 play-off semi-final win over Wolves.

He linked up with Kevin Phillips that season to give Albion a potent front line, but they narrowly missed out on promotion and he left to join Fulham.

His career then saw him reunite with Tony Mowbray at Celtic, before stints with Leicester City, before moves to Turkey and India.

He hung up his boots in 2016, however, Kamara, now 44, has remained in football and is very much active in the game, something which not many football fans, including Albion supporters will realise.

After retirement he went on to become a licensed agent with the English FA, setting up Diomansy Kamara Football Management, focusing on careers of footballers, including from his native Senegal.

But aside from remaining in the game after hanging up his boots, Kamara took a step into property and founded Residence Ebène, an apartment complex he helped fund and build in Dakar, Senegal.

It is part of his project, DK Africa, which is a holding company for his property business and football agent.

The luxury property has 13 apartments spread across seven levels, and he has ambitions to create even more luxury apartments across Africa into the future.

Alongside this, he also remains in football through work as a TV pundit for English games on foreign channels.
