Mat Sadler insists Walsall "will be ready" for the League Two play-offs despite suffering final day heartbreak in the automatic promotion race.
Walsall were just moments away from securing a return to League One after beating local rivals Crewe Alexandra at Gresty Road on Saturday.
But Bradford City pipped them to the post in dramatic style courtesy of Antoni Sarcevic's 96th-minute winner in their 1-0 victory over Fleetwood Town at Valley Parade.
That result has consigned the Saddlers to the lottery of the play-offs where they'll face Chesterfield in the first leg of their semi-final at the Technique Stadium on Sunday.
And Sadler is confident that his side will be able to recover from their final day blow and go again in the play-offs.
