Fellows, 21, helped his side sign off for the season with a 5-3 victory over Luton as he chipped in with two goals and an assist, the 14th goal he has laid on this season.
The academy graduate, from Longbridge in south Birmingham, has been the subject of interest from above since breaking in as an Albion first-team regular 18 months ago.
Last summer the Baggies rebuffed a late window approach from Southampton, following their promotion to the top flight, of £12million.
In January it is understood long-term admirers Everton were close to sealing a move for the England under-21 international, but a deal broke down and Fellows remained at the club.
