It has been some time since The Hawthorns hosted an international fixture - but last month it was announced that the under 21s will be heading to The Hawthorns.
Carsley's side will take on Portugal on Monday March 24, following a trip to Lorient to take on France on Friday March 21.
Tickets went on sale for the clash last month - and there has already been a big response from supporters.
Originally only the East Stand was set to be open, but owing to demand and positive ticket sales, the Woodman Corner and the lower Birmingham Road End have also been opened for the game.
The squad for the game will be announced on Friday lunchtime - with Baggies fans waiting to hear whether star youngstersTom Fellows is included.
Fellows, who tops the Championship assist charts this season following a superb campaign, was handed his under 21s debut back in September in a 0-0 draw against Northern Ireland.
Just three days later he was in the action again, and netted his first goal for the 21s in a 4-1 win over Austria at Luton Town's Kenilworth Road.
