'Rock solid': 8/10s in West Brom ratings from impressive Burnley display
Jonny Drury rates the West Brom players following their 1-1 draw against Burnley.
Joe Wildsmith 5
Only one place to start with the keeper and that was the howler for the goal. It was a tame shot and he has to do better there, and he will know that. It handed Burnley a way back to the game when Albion were on top. Didn't have an awful lot to do otherwise.
Isaac Price 7
Again shunted out to another position, this time as a right wing back and he didn't look out of place. Got caught out of position on the odd occasion, but did his job and put a superb tackle in to prevent a chance in the first half, before going close to scoring in the second.
Mason Holgate 7
A solid game from the defender, who played on the right of a back three. Set up Grant early on with a teasing cross, and got involved going forward in the first half and won some key defensive headers throughout the game.
Ousmane Diakite 8
One of the standouts. Question marks about his selection at the back but he was solid as a rock all evening. In possession, kept it simple and didn't look flustered. Put in some big tackles and blocks. A top display.
