The Reds struck in the seventh minute. A bad fumble by home keeper Chris Crook gave Willenhall a corner and from Alex Carlin's flag-kick skipper Paul Holden poked home his fifth goal of the season.

The lead lasted just two minutes as Bridgnorth found Ryan Bradshaw to set up Jason Pike and he fired home despite keeper Tim Patterson getting a hand to the shot.

The home side went ahead when a shot from distance by Glynn Coney dipped in front of Patterson and appeared to bounce over his hand on 29 minutes.

Simon Gregory's long-range effort took two deflections to make it 3-1 on 59 minutes. Eight minutes later a cross to the far post saw Bradshaw float a header into the far corner.

Pike netted from the spot after Liam Bood was fouled before Willenhall substitute Matt Dorgan bundled in a late consolation. Gregory was dismissed deep into injury time for a second yellow after a melee.
