We are not saying they are true – just that they are out there.

ALBION

Chelsea are set to complete the signing of 16-year-old starlet Isaiah Brown, who became the Baggies' youngest competitive first-teamer in more than 90 years when he came on as a substitute against Wigan last season.

And Albion appear to have lost another teen star, with England U16 international Yan Dhanda announcing that he has joined Liverpool on his Twitter page.

Swansea City have stepped up their efforts to sign striker Wilfried Bony, 24, from Vitesse Arnhem with an improved £13.7m package. The Ivorian had previously been linked with a move to West Brom.

Striker Marc-Antoine Fortune has completed his move to Wigan, joining the Championship club on a free transfer. The 32-year-old was released by West Brom upon the conclusion of the 2012-13 campaign.

WOLVES

Bakary Sako's move to Fulham has hit a deadlock as Wolves want £4m for their Player of the Year and the Cottagers are understood to be willing to pay no more than £2.5m.

VILLA

Stoke and Everton are both said to be keen on signing Villa midfielder Stephen Ireland, who managed just nine league starts last season.

Villa have been linked with a move for QPR midfielder Stephane Mbia, who is thought to want a move after The Hoops were relegated to the Championship last season.

WALSALL

The Saddlers are said to be in the hunt for Bradley Wright-Phillips, after he was released by Charlton at the end of his contract. They will face stiff competition from Brentford for the striker - Wright-Phillips was on loan with The Bees last season.
