Former Tottenham midfielder Darren Caskey has completed a permanent move to Halesowen Town following three months on loan as player-coach.

The ex-England youth captain, aged 33, has made the permanent switch from Kettering and will continue as right-hand man to Yeltz manager Morell Maison.

Caskey is in the squad for tomorrow's home match against Merthyr Tydfil in the British Gas Business League's premier division.

Defender Stuart Pierpoint and winger Rodney Hicks are both fitness doubts but Maison could have Portuguese striker Eldon Maquemba available after injury.

Yeltz officials hope the pitch at The Grove will be playable after Tuesday's home match with Gloucester City was abandoned at half-time because of waterlogging.
