The Cesium Group was born out of our founder’s desire to disrupt the outdated executive search and recruitment models, that ultimately served to commoditise attracting, retaining, and developing talent within what should be a social, people-lead, relationship-driven industry.

Cesium Group is the leading drinks industry recruitment head-hunting firm, operating globally and specialising within the beverage sector. Our clients are typically brand owners or distributors within the beers, wines, spirits, soft drinks, and tea’s/coffee categories.

We are a preferred talent partner for PLC’s, PE/VC backed and family-owned businesses, retained to deliver C-suite, Director, and board-level headhunting assignments across the globe. Recruiting ‘world-class’ talent, across all skill disciplines. With deep global and local knowledge, we have delivered projects across all continents (with the exception of Antarctica..) operating primarily in EMEA, America’s and CEE / CIS. We have teams physically based in the UK, Spain, Portugal and South Africa.

Several of our core team are CIPD qualified along with being certified practicians of Discovery Insights and hence we are regularly called upon to deliver HR consulting work, be that creating and delivering bespoke leadership development programmes (group sessions or one to one coaching) restructures/organisational effectiveness/succession planning projects, or compensation and benefits benchmarking to support our clients in building ultra high-performance teams.

Our focus has always been long-term in nature and very much focused on building high performing balanced teams – Executive search businesses don’t build balanced teams typically searching for single-mandate – C-Level talent. – Recruitment businesses are sales-lead and search CVs for jobs rather than understanding business challenges – typically focusing within one skill area as opposed to an industry. – HR teams manage multiple recruitment/search partners for each skill area and this doesn’t translate to good employer branding
