SKIPPY - Best Ever Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookies

This famous SKIPPY® cookie recipe is sure to pack a Patriotic Peanutty Punch!

Ingredients:

  • 350g Quick-cooking oats

  • 280g All-purpose flour

  • 1 tsp Baking powder

  • 1 tsp Baking soda

  • 1/4 tsp Salt

  • 225g Butter

  • 225g SKIPPY® Creamy Peanut Butter

  • 225g Granulated sugar

  • 225g Brown sugar

  • 2 Large eggs

  • 2 tps Vanilla extract

  • 350g Semi-sweet chocolate chips, if desired

Instructions:

  • 1. Heat oven to 350°F/ 180°c

  • 2. In a small bowl, combine oats, flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt; mix well.

  • 3. In a large bowl, beat together butter and peanut butter with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Beat in the granulated and brown sugars, eggs and vanilla before combining the flour mixture until fully blended; stir in chocolate chips.

  • 4. On ungreased baking sheets, drop dough by rounded tablespoons 2 inches apart. Bake for approximately 13 minutes or until golden. Transfer cookies onto wire rack to cool completely.
