Sleigh efforts were fantastic

On behalf of the Rotary Club of Wednesfield I would like to express our thanks to the people of Wednesfield and Essington for their magnificent response to our Christmas Appeal and Sleigh fund raising efforts. We raised a total of over £5,500.

Our support this year will be given to The Teenage Cancer Trust and other local worthwhile causes in the community.

Every year our principal aim is to bring a little Christmas magic to the Wednesfield and Essington area, but the donations made will allow us to spread some of that magic throughout the year.

Once again, on behalf of the Rotary Club of Wednesfield, to everyone who donated very many thanks and a Happy and a Joyous New Year to you all.

Barry Picken, Wednesfield Rotary
