Questions over M&S flats plan
I am wondering of where local schools would be assigned to 71 flats, planned for the former Marks & Spencer building. Where local doctors may be; where bin and trash collection may be for tenants; where would ambulance parking be located; where tenant parking may be, for example, for visitors or family visitors whom may stay a week or two?
Of course all fire regulations inclusive and it is apparent that with 71 flats would they all have the requisite luminaries from windows. Of course the tenants and disabled visitors have requisite parking and access.
It seems the streets surrounding will be dug up again to ensure the effluent and waste water may be routed.
Presume hallway access surrounding loft shafts have fire doors and the fireman's switch outside the building is inclusive. Has an area for contractor parking been closely designated and of course the supply heavy wagon parking for deliveries been sorted out. Test for signal of television, or is cable to be installed?
Is the roof space independently given fire break for each flat below? The normal 25 - 30 electrical rewire for the flats and hallway taken to access consideration, and shops below.
