With millions being spent on the Civic revamp all we need now is the restoration of the rest of Wolverhampton

You just couldn’t make it up could you?

Wolverhampton Civic Hall

That fantastic body that is known as Wolverhampton council, the Civic and Wulfrun Hall, £14.4m set aside for the refurbishment, but hey guess what, it will cost an extra £23.7m – bang goes the council tax and any other tax payers’ money they can get their hands on.

They spend money on coloured lights and silly water spouts in Queen Square while Broad Street, Chapel Ash and the top of Dudley Street are an eyesore of embarrassment to the people of Wolverhampton.

A useless market while Bilston Market has been voted one of the best in the country.

What with millions being spent on the Civic and the Grand all we need now is the restoration of the rest of Wolverhampton.
