A man has been arrested by anti-terrorism police in Northern Ireland after a victim was shot in both legs.

The suspect, aged 30, was detained by the PSNI in Londonderry on Sunday morning.

It followed a paramilitary-style attack on October 5 during which a man aged in his 50s was shot at a house in the Brandywell area of the city.

The suspect has been taken to Musgrave Serious Crime Suite in Belfast for questioning.
