Man dies after disturbance outside home

A man has died after being injured in a disturbance in a Lanarkshire street.
Police said the 51-year-old man was seriously injured in a disturbance outside a house in Morar Street, Wishaw, at around 12.30am on Sunday.
He was taken to Wishaw General Hospital by ambulance but later died.
A Police Scotland spokeswoman said: “His death is being treated as suspicious.
“A post-mortem examination is being carried out and inquiries are continuing.”
