Four facing trial after inquiry into boxing night death

A 21-year-old man has denied murdering a teenager who suffered a neck wound during disorder which broke out at a boxing event.
Tyrone Andrew will stand trial in June after pleading not guilty to the murder of Reagan Asbury during a video-link court appearance on Wednesday.
Andrew, of St Helen’s Street, Derby, is accused of killing Mr Asbury, 19, on October 14 after clashes involving boxing fans spilled out of Walsall Town Hall.
Three other men charged after a police inquiry into the disorder appeared in person at Birmingham Crown Court and will also face trial alongside Andrew.
Declan Kemp-Francis, 23, of Dickens Square, Sunny Hill, Derby, denied charges of violent disorder and assisting an offender by allegedly helping Andrew back to his home in Derby.
Lavelle Patrice, 22, of Havenwood Grove, Littelover, Derby, entered a not guilty plea to a charge of violent disorder.
