The story of a baby born with her heart outside her body is one of the top stories in Wednesday’s papers – along with snaps from the latest Star Wars premiere and tales on fuel prices.

Both The Sun and the Daily Mirror carry the story of Vanellope Hope Wilkins who was due on Christmas Eve before a rare condition meant she had to be born prematurely by caesarean section on November 22.

She had her first surgery less than an hour after birth and is now making good progress at hospital in Leicester.
