Driver taken to hospital after three-vehicle crash near Bridgnorth

A driver was taken to hospital after a three-vehicle crash near Bridgnorth.

Emergency services were called to the collision on the B4176 at Stableford just after 9am on Wednesday .

West Midlands Ambulance said the a male driver of a car involved in the crash was treated for injuries not believed to be serious, before he was taken to Princess Royal Hospital.

Two other patients were assessed and discharged at the scene.

Fire crews from Bridgnorth, Telford Central and Wellington were called out and, having discovered no-one was trapped in the vehicles, made the scene safe.
