
The A41 Black Country New Road is shut near Wednesbury Parkway after water spread from a nearby burst water main this morning.
The dual carriageway was completely flooded between Steel Roundabout and Parkway Roundabout and is expected to stay shut until the weekend while the road is repaired.

Police cars and a fire engine are blocking access to the A41 while engineers and the emergency services work to limit the flood damage on Leabrook Road North.
Leabrook Road, from which Leabrook Road North branches, is also closed.
West Midlands Police posted the following message on Twitter:

Cars have been left under water after the main burst at around 10am today.
A mini digger was left stranded near the pipe where water was gushing out, and South Staffordshire Water said they were not responsible for the leak.
Up to 60 firefighters were at the scene along with police, paramedics and staff from South Staffordshire Water and Western Power.
